For me the love began early and yes it has lastly forever. Wonderful sketches of children learning about the wonderful world of books! May it last forever for them. -- barbara
Your local library should use this! I love their rosy cheeks. Rita, I thought of you this weekend because we saw the Studio Ghibli animated movie, Princess Kaguya. It's a bit on the long side, but so beautifully illustrated with watercolor and sketch. If it's playing near you, I think you should see I. It would probably be playing at an Art House Cinema.
Moja starsza wnuczka, która ma 18 lat, kocha czytać książki i to mnie bardzo cieszy. Pracuj, nie przejmuj się, że nie napisałas po polsku. Najważniejsze, że pamiętasz o mnie. Pozdrawiam serdecznie.
I am two times lucky, too! My sister taught me to read a year before I started school, and our Mum always took us to the library. Later, when I was 9 years old, Mum started to work at our school's library, and I loved helping out there during free hours and holidays. I've never lost that love for reading and books and libraries!
So , I'm twice Lucky! :o) and so happy about it !
