A Maine Storyboard

Just thinking about favorite places in Maine.
At this moment in the background of my mind
I am hearing the Beatles:
"Love, Love, Love..."

Hmm...What to do with this?
Is it a storyboard for some paintings?
A storyboard for a little book?
Might I add text & turn it into a graphic novel of sorts?
Hmmm....

    1. I have a book in mind, but need help to figure out how to organize it, and how to DO IT! Its idea is evolving though. Even if I never publish it, I'm hoping or organize my travels journals into a book. Thanks, as always, for your kind words Monique! (As we know, I also am encouragig you to create a book to publish because I would love to buy it!)

    1. I've been working with "series" in the last several years, so thank you for reinforcing that...As always, I am in process, but this time I'm hoping to create some new end products too.

    1. Beth, it was a cool process. I started with one thought/idea/subject and then ended up with directions.

  7. I like your idea of turning it into a graphic novel of sorts. Or one maybe of relationships of your graphics -- sort of a twinning of their roots or how do they relate to each other. Fun storyboard -- barbara

  8. I think a book would be lovely. Your paintings are so full of life! Do you sketch with pen first and then add watercolor?

  11. Ah, so many possibilities! I saw it first as a poster. But maybe you will do a book? Maybe you will say, "Oh, I'll just try this as a book, no pressure, don't have to keep it that way, . . . " -- and then see what happens, mm? xx
